Administrative Assistant | Early Childhood School | McLean, VA $13–$17/hour This is not a “sit at the front desk and pass the time” role. The T.E.A. Center is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant with onsite marketing support. This role combines daily administrative tasks with in-person engagement to help promote our programs and build strong relationships with families. • Manage front desk operations and greet families professionally
• Answer calls, emails, and parent inquiries with clarity and warmth
• Maintain organized records, files, and administrative systems
• Support event coordination, tours, and enrollment efforts
• Assist with daily operations to ensure smooth school flow
• Teacher Floater in case a teacher missed a class or late
• Help uphold a safe, structured, and welcoming environment
