Job Description

Pay & Earnings

Average Weekly Earnings: $1,200 – $1,600 per week
Effective Pay Rate: Fleet average is ~$0.81 per mile ("all-in basis")
Pay Components:
- Mileage Pay: Calculated using tons hauled, loaded miles, and pay factor
- Load & Unload Pay: Paid for handling loading and monitor processes
- Per Diem: Included to maximize tax advantages
- Safety Bonus: Additional earnings opportunities
- Note: Load pay varies based on tonnage and distance hauled.

Job Details & Home Time

Home Time: Home 4–5 nights per week (Out only 2–3 nights per week)
Operating Area: Southeast region
Equipment & Cargo: Pneumatic trailer / Dry bulk
Touch Freight: Driver-monitored unloading; equipment handles heavy lifting (drivers set up and monitor process)
Paid Training: No previous pneumatic experience required—complete paid training provided in orientation

Qualifications

Minimum 25 years of age
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
Minimum 18 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
No special endorsements required (No Tanker or Hazmat needed)
Must pass physical and agility test during orientation
Must reside in Birmingham, AL or immediate surrounding areas
