Cleaning Technician Details:

• Temporary position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:30pm )

• Execute comprehensive dust mitigation and contamination control cleaning using HEPA-filtered vacuums and approved industry methods.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and orderliness across various zones of the construction site.
• Strictly adhere to all site-specific safety regulations, protocols, and procedures.
• Safely and efficiently operate all assigned cleaning equipment and tools.
• Identify and report any potential safety hazards, maintenance issues, or site concerns to supervision.
• Assist in maintaining clear and safe pathways for all personnel and equipment on site.
• Properly handle and dispose of waste materials according to site and environmental guidelines.

Cleaning Technician Qualifications:

• Ability to frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and performing repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in varying conditions typical of a construction site, including dust, noise, and temperature fluctuations.
• Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols diligently.
• Strong attention to detail for effective cleaning and contamination control.
• Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic.
• Prior experience in construction work or similar industrial environments is preferred.
• Experience in construction demolition labor is preferred.
