This need will cover Periop, Endo and Recovery. Must have high proficiency in each specialty to be considered.

Non-billable orientation: 0hrs
Holiday Multiplier: 1.25%
OT - NO MULTIPLIER - ANY/ALL OT WILL BE WORKED AT REGULAR RATE

Local travelers (those who reside within 50 miles of facility) not eligible for this need.

Requirement description :

• 2+ years of current Outpatient PACU experience - [Required]
• Periop experience [Required]
• Endo experience [Required]
• MUST be able to start/maintain IV lines
• Previous Travel - [Preferred]
• Bachelor Degree - [Preferred]
• Small critical access facility experience [preferred]
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
• Perm address must be included in profile
• Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

• Work History
• Skills Checklist Post Anesthesia Care Unit PACU current to 1 year [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Skills Checklist Endoscopy current to 1 year [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment) [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Vermont RN license or Compact - Must be uploaded with profile [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Active American Heart Association ACLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Active American Heart Association PALS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• Vermont

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : Every 5th weekend/Holidays required as needed (typically rotating)
On Call Requirements : 1 night per week and every 5th weekend
